We guarantee that our jewelry will match the order placed and we hope that you will be happy with your order.  However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item(s) and we will be happy to help. 



Please contact us at for any return/exchange requests and include your full name, order number and reason within 7 days of receiving your item.  We will do our very best to contact you as soon as we can and discuss details of your request.  

Return and exchange requests are subject to M A Y H A N A jewelry approval.  We only accept requests of unworn/undamaged/unpersonalized items.  Please note that we do not accept returns/exchanges on personalized items due to the hand-stamping aesthetics.  Once approved for return/exchange, please be sure to ship item back within 30 days of delivery in order to qualify for full refund/exchange.  Please do not ship items back to us without letting us know first.  For returns, a credit will be issued for the merchandise amount only, plus any applicable sales tax in the same form of the original purchase method.  Shipping charges (if applicable) are not refundable. Please allow up to 7 days after receipt of merchandise for us to process your return/exchange. Items must be returned in its original packaging, including any boxes, and other packaging materials used for shipping when the order was placed.  Items must be properly and securely packaged as received, otherwise a 10% restocking fee will apply.  For exchanges, M A Y H A N A jewelry will charge you any difference in price for the replaced merchandise or issue a full refund if the exchange is less than the original price. There is an additional labour fee of $7 for each item that is exchanged or for any requests to lengthen a chain.

All shipping fees associated with returns/exchanges are the customer’s responsibility, this includes any applicable customs, and other taxes on international returns or exchanges.  We reserve the right to fully refuse returns/exchanges that do not meet our above criteria.  Please be sure to provide us with a tracking number via email for every return/exchange.

Please be aware that if you happen to receive an item that is damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at  When notifying us, please include a photo of the incorrect/damaged item and your full name and order number.  Damaged goods due to customer’s negligence will not be accepted for refund.  Please be sure to inspect your jewelry upon arrival, as any claims must be made within 24 hours of receiving your item(s) as per our “CHANGES + CANCELLATION” policy. 



All earrings (due to hygienic reasons), personalized, and sale items cannot be returned/exchanged and are final sale.
