While most pieces are ready to ship within 1-2 business days of the order date, some orders may take additional time, as each piece is handmade-to-order. The processing and shipping times do not include major North American holidays.

There are no additional shipping fees for adding extra items to one shipment up to four gift boxes per order max as this is calculated by size and weight of the shipping box. Orders over four gift boxes will require additional shipping.
The arrival date of your item(s) depends on your location and shipping option chosen. Shipping dates provided are estimates only; we can not guarantee shipping dates on behalf of the carrier.
We will provide you with a tracking number for your order and a direct link to the carrier’s site.
Please also note that duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout as these are only calculated at customs clearance. All parcels are the responsibility of the receiver once they pass through Canada customs clearance into your designated country. The recipient of the order is the importer on record and must comply with all laws, regulations and restrictions of the destination country.
M A Y H A N A jewelry is not responsible for any brokerage fees, import and customs duties, Value Added Taxes, tariffs, and any other associated fees. Our customers are responsible for any international duties, customs fees, taxes and refused shipping charges. You can visit your country's customs agency website for more info on customs tax charges and any other fees that may apply. We also cannot guarantee the delivery of your order in a timely manner due to any customs delays.
We only ship to PO Boxes via Canada Post or USPS. However, if alternate address is available, please provide us with the full and correct street address. We strongly recommend providing a delivery address that is safe and secure.
CHANGES + CANCELLATIONS
If you require any last minute changes to your order, please contact us within the first 12 hours of placing the order.
We must be notified of any cancellations of standard orders within 24 hours from the time of order to avoid any additional fees or charges. If more than 24 hours have passed and you still wish to cancel your order, please refer to our return policy for returning the jewelry back to us once you have received it. Please note that the 24-hour cancellation policy does not apply to custom or personalized orders; and there are no returns, refunds or exchanges on custom or personalized orders.
DELAYED + LOST ORDERS
Once your order is in transit with the carrier, we are not responsible for any delivery delays that may occur. If your order gets lost while in transit, unfortunately, we have no control of that but will do our very best to try to help and assist you. You may also contact the carrier directly for all delivery related issues. However, we cannot be held liable for orders which have been confirmed as delivered by carrier.
All removable extenders will be packaged without a jewelry box and shipped in a bubble envelope, unless the extender is a part of an existing order. These will be shipped via standard Lettermail through Canada Post without any tracking provided. Please see below for approximate delivery times:
